Need Help Logging In?

  1. How do I get a Perkins Loan Assignment System (PLAS) Account?
    1. If you are an Institution Administrator at your school, please review the PLAS access request instructions and form available here.
    2. If you are a PLAS user, please see your Institution Administrator for help obtaining access the system.
  2. What is my OPEID?
    1. Your OPEID is a code that is used to identify your institution. If you do not know your institution's OPEID, please contact ECSI PLAS Support at 844-301-2620. ECSI PLAS Support is available to assist Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
  3. What is my Login ID?
    1. Your Login ID is usually your first initial followed by your last name. For example, the Login ID for Jane Doe is "jdoe." If you need assistance with your Login ID, please see your Institution Administrator or contact ECSI PLAS Support at 844-301-2620. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (ET).
  4. What is my password?
    1. Enter your OPEID, Login ID, and Security Code from the user's FSA token on the login screen, and then click the Email My Password link. Your password will be sent to the email address on file. If you are unable to retrieve your password, please request that your Institution Administrator reset your password or contact ECSI PLAS Support at 844-301-2620. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (ET).
  5. How do I reactivate my account if it has been disabled due to inactivity?
