What is the difference between a PIN and a password?
A PIN is assigned by ECSI. A password is created by you. You may change your password at any time. Once you have selected a password, your PIN is only used if you forget your password. Your PIN will be needed the first time you login to your account.
Note: The PIN for your ECSI online account is different than your Federal Student Aid PIN used to apply for financial aid. -
Where is my login information?
You will need your Organization Code, Account Number, and Password (or PIN) in order to log in. This information can be located on the billing statement or correspondence that you received from ECSI Federal Perkins Loan Servicer via U.S. Mail.If you cannot locate this information, you can retrieve your login information by clicking on the "Need Help Logging In?" link on the login page.

What if I don't know my account number?
If don't know your account number, you can retrieve it by verifying some of your account information and following the verification code and password and security question reset process. You can click on the "Need Help Logging In?" link and click on the "Retrieve Your Account Number" link. -
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, there are several ways to access your account online.- You can enter your Organization Code and your Account Number and click on the "Need Help Logging In?" link. You will be able to answer your security questions to reset your password.

These are the only ways to gain access to your online account without providing some proof of identification (such as a driver's license, or registered banking information).
